1. Introduction
Welcome to ARYACO LIVING.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://aryacoliving.com/, including the purchase of products offered through our website.
The website and ARYACO LIVING online store are operated by URKAYA INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C-FZ, Trade Licence No. 2414966.01, a company registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("ARYACO LIVING", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an order, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website. Minors under 18 years of age may not register as users of this website and may not carry out any transaction on it.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Where you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login credentials, and for all activity carried out under your account. Please notify us without delay if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3. Products
ARYACO LIVING offers furniture, home accessories and related lifestyle products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate. However, actual product colours may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen due to lighting, photography, screen settings and differences between devices.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or appearance that are inherent to the material or manufacturing process may not constitute a product defect.
Product availability is subject to stock availability. Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve the product.
4. Prices, Currency and VAT
All prices displayed on our UAE online store are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable UAE VAT, unless otherwise clearly stated. All transactions on this website are processed in AED.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.
ARYACO LIVING reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed by us.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After receiving your order, we may send you an electronic order acknowledgement. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of stock discrepancies, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or product information, or inability to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
6. Payment and Accepted Cards
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. All card transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Additional payment methods may be made available at checkout from time to time, and the availability of individual payment methods may change.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available and displayed during checkout.
Certain payments may be processed by independent payment service providers. Their own terms, conditions and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction.
ARYACO LIVING does not store full payment card details where payment information is processed directly by an authorised third-party payment provider.
Cardholders are advised to retain a copy of their transaction records and of these Terms and Conditions, and to comply with the merchant policies, terms and rules published on this website.
7. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
The confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout and sets out the order number, the products purchased, the total amount paid in AED and the delivery address.
If a confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours of payment, customers should check their spam or junk folder and then contact us at dubai@urkaya.com or on +971 58 527 6068 so that we can confirm the status of the order.
A separate notification is sent when the order is dispatched for delivery.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched for delivery.
To request a cancellation, customers should contact us as soon as possible at dubai@urkaya.com or +971 58 527 6068.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under this section. Any request to return a dispatched or delivered product will instead be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
If an eligible order is successfully cancelled after payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the processing times of the relevant bank or payment provider.
9. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.
Orders may be delivered directly by ARYACO LIVING or through an independent third-party delivery or logistics provider appointed by us.
Delivery charges and available delivery options, where applicable, will be communicated or displayed before completion of the order.
Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and ensuring that an authorised person is available to receive the order where required.

10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UAE laws.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under UAE law.
Customers should inspect products following delivery and notify us promptly if a product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete.

11. Warranty and After-Sales Support
Where applicable, products may be covered by warranty or after-sales support in accordance with the warranty information provided with the product, our Warranty & After-Sales Policy, and applicable UAE law.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, abnormal use or failure to follow product care instructions may not be covered, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on the ARYACO LIVING website, including but not limited to the ARYACO LIVING name, logos, product photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, layouts and other content, is owned by or licensed to URKAYA INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C-FZ or the applicable rights holder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content from our website may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable or interfere with the website, its security, or other users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, customer information or related networks.
14. Restricted Territories and Sanctions
ARYACO LIVING will not trade with, or provide any goods or services to, individuals, entities or countries that are subject to sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the United States Department of the Treasury, or to any other country or party subject to applicable international or UAE sanctions.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of any person or entity located in, such a sanctioned country or on any applicable sanctions list.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment gateways, delivery providers and other service providers.
Where you interact directly with a third-party service, additional terms or policies of that provider may apply.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, ARYACO LIVING will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of our products where such liability may lawfully be limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under UAE law.
17. Force Majeure
ARYACO LIVING will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, transport disruptions, port or customs delays, strikes, telecommunications failures or other events of force majeure.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption to affected orders.

Personal information collected through our website will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection requirements.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the laws and regulations applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the competent authorities and courts having jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory rights or dispute-resolution procedures available to consumers under applicable law.
